Guests loved the location, pools and beach. Though there were some complaints about the food prices, overall the resort was a pleasant place to be. While some guests felt it fell short of their expectations, others found it to be a truly genial hotel. However, some guests did mention that the beach had an unpleasant smell. Though a couple of guests rated it as a two-star hotel, most of the guests had a pleasant stay. While some guests felt that the place was too expensive, there were some who felt that there were better places to stay in the Keys considering the price.
