Staff is incredible, attentive and friendly, although there were rare instances of inexperience or rudeness. Spa and pool facilities are satisfactory, but the indoor spa area is small with subpar amenities. However, the outdoor pool is an excellent choice to relax and unwind. Luxury is the name of the game here with the building exuding timeless elegance and charm.
