The hotel is surrounded by green parks and within walking distance of some great restaurants and cafes. Guests have praised the breakfast as very good, delicious and varied, although some found the price to be too high. The rooms are generally clean and spacious with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms and families appreciate the family rooms with separate sleeping areas. The hotel's cleanliness is widely praised and the staff is described as friendly and helpful. Parking is generally free and convenient, although there were occasional complaints about limited spots. The hotel is also family-friendly with special amenities for pets and young children. While some guests found the beds to be too soft, overall guests reported getting a good night's sleep.
