The staff are friendly, attentive and exceptional, making guests feel welcome and comfortable. While some guests felt the hotel was overpriced, the majority of reviews were positive with guests appreciating the history and ambiance of the hotel. Overall, Jesmond Dene House is a superb and beautiful hotel with old school quality throughout, making it one of the best options for an indulgent getaway.
