This convenience is a major advantage for travelers flying in and out of Midway or those looking to catch the L-train’s orange line to downtown. While the surrounding area’s dining options and safety were minor concerns for some, the plethora of nearby stores and restaurants, along with the hotel’s robust security measures, offer reassurance and convenience.
The complimentary breakfast is a highlight for many guests, praised for its good variety, delicious options and quality. Although there were occasional calls for a broader selection, particularly for more hot items, the breakfast generally meets guest expectations and adds to the overall positive experience.

The staff receives accolades for their friendliness, professionalism and attentiveness. A few minor delays in service did not significantly detract from the overall professional and courteous service.
The pool area receives mixed feedback, enjoyed by many for its cleanliness and availability, though some guests noted it could be better maintained. Instances of private swim lessons limiting access were also mentioned.
Parking is another convenient amenity, praised for being free, easy and clean. This, coupled with the reliable shuttle service, further enhances the guest experience.
