Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Tilajari Hotel Resort is widely praised for its stunning natural setting, offering a peaceful retreat surrounded by lush greenery and wildlife, including rare plants, birds, iguanas, and howler monkeys. The property's serene riverfront location provides breathtaking views and creates a tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal escape for both nature enthusiasts and families. Although a bit removed from the bustling La Fortuna, its proximity to popular attractions like Arenal Volcano ensures guests can easily explore the area while enjoying the resort's quiet charm.
Guests commend the spacious and clean rooms, particularly the modern suites offering river views, enhancing the overall stay at the resort. The amenities cater well to families, with a family-friendly pool area, including a heated pool and jacuzzi, while the poolside scenery and garden views provide an additional layer of relaxation.
Meals at Tilajari are often a highlight. The breakfast is celebrated for its variety and fresh, home-cooked feel, though not complimentary. Dinner offerings receive high praise for quality and taste, with a diverse menu that adds a personalized touch to the dining experience. The service from the staff is a standout feature, consistently described as friendly, attentive, and going above and beyond to satisfy guests.
While some room furnishings could see improvement, particularly in bedding preferences, the resort overall maintains a high standard of cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere, reinforced by the friendly and helpful staff. The Wi-Fi experience, however, can be inconsistent and may not meet the needs of guests requiring strong connectivity.
Tilajari Hotel Resort emerges as a fantastic choice for families and couples looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Its blend of natural beauty, excellent service, and comprehensive amenities ensure lasting memories for guests in this charming retreat.
