Although a small number of guests have mentioned that the hotel is not worth the 5-star category or the food quality could be better, these are clearly exceptions and most guests have loved their stay at the hotel. The rooms are fully equipped with every amenity you could ask for, including complimentary moisturizers made from honey, which guests loved. The staff is also highly praised for being perfect, kind and accommodating. The hotel also has a lovely range of facilities such as its multiple adult and general pools and beach side hammocks and some lucky guests were even upgraded to exceptional rooms for free. While a bit on the pricey side, most guests found it worth the investment because everything in the hotel was nothing short of amazing.
