The location balances urban convenience with a serene environment and good parking facilities, making it appealing despite the surrounding area's need for development and maintenance.
The hotel rooms receive mixed feedback. Positive aspects include spacious, clean rooms with pleasant ambiance and essential amenities like coffee and toiletries. These issues suggest a critical need for renovations and consistent maintenance.
Cleanliness is a significant concern with many guests reporting dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, scummy tiles and stained curtains. Insects and a pervasive bad smell, often of cigarettes, contribute to the dissatisfaction. Despite sporadic mentions of cleanliness, the general consensus indicates a pressing need for improved hygiene standards throughout the hotel.
Staff interactions at Baisan International Hotel are varied. Parking at the hotel generally receives positive feedback for being spacious, convenient and often shaded. Minor criticisms about location and cleanliness do not significantly detract from the overall positive impression.
The hotel does not emerge as particularly family-friendly due to its nightclubs and discos, making it less suited for those with young children. The absence of a functional swimming pool further diminishes its attractiveness for families.
