Eterna Tulum is situated in a quiet part of town, slightly far from the beach but in a convenient location nearby local coffee shops and restaurants in Tulum. The hotel is centrally located to the main road of Tulum and Kukulcán Avenue that goes all the way to the beach. Although the area where Eterna is located looks poor compared to the hotel, there are some nice places to drink or have food really close. Guests can also rent bikes provided by the hotel to access nearby attractions. However, the road to access the hotel is bumpy and the location is quite odd with no places to eat or anything nearby. Additionally, the location is quite far from town and a car is necessary to move around. The area has a touch of mysticism due to the surrounding nature, but it can complicate access. The road to the hotel is terrible and not lit at night, which makes it difficult to find and there is external noise. Overall, the hotel has a great location, but the approach to it needs improvement.
