The plentiful and tasty meals, particularly the lunches and dinners, receive high marks despite occasional criticism regarding menu variety and quality of specific dishes.
The rooms at Hotel Ristorante Novara Expo receive mixed reviews. Some guests commend the cleanliness, comfort and spaciousness of the rooms, noting features such as modern furnishings and balconies. However, there are frequent complaints about outdated facilities, poorly maintained amenities and cleanliness lapses, indicating the need for renovations and better upkeep.
Staff friendliness and professionalism are highlighted positively in many reviews with several guests appreciating the courteous and helpful nature of the reception and dining staff. The breakfast service receives critical feedback with many guests finding it lacking in variety and quality. While some appreciate the coffee and occasional well-stocked days, the overall sentiment points to the need for improvement in both the offering and the cleanliness of the breakfast area.
