Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
eXo Individual Hotel Lampertheim - by SuperFly Hotels enjoys a strategic location in the heart of Lampertheim, making it an excellent choice for transit travelers and short stays. It is easily accessible from the highway and close to various shops, supermarkets and dining options with public transport such as a bus stop right in front. Guests find it convenient for excursions to nearby cities and vineyards. Despite being on a busy main road, most guests found their rooms quiet, particularly those facing away from the street with the added convenience of free underground parking enhancing the hotel's value for money.
The hotel's breakfast offerings receive high praise with guests commending the variety and quality of the items available. The buffet includes strong coffee, fresh bread rolls, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and a diverse fruit mix, accommodating a range of tastes and dietary preferences, including vegan options. Although some found the breakfast room cramped and occasionally overcrowded, the overall experience was satisfactory, complemented by friendly staff and free parking.
Rooms at eXo Individual Hotel Lampertheim - by SuperFly Hotels are frequently highlighted for their modern renovation, cleanliness and spaciousness. Many guests appreciated the tranquility and comfort, noting features such as large showers or bathtubs and functional layouts. While some rooms lack air conditioning and may be subject to street noise and heat, especially those facing the street, most reviewers found the rooms clean and practical for a comfortable stay.
In terms of cleanliness, the hotel generally receives positive remarks, especially for the individual guest rooms. Many reviewers praised the overall cleanliness, noting the rooms and the parking garage as particularly tidy. However, there were occasional concerns about inconsistencies, such as mold in bathrooms and insufficient attention to cleaning in common areas.
The staff at eXo Individual Hotel Lampertheim - by SuperFly Hotels is frequently praised for their friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism. Guests consistently mention the staff's welcoming nature and efficiency, making interactions pleasant and ensuring a positive stay. While the reception desk's limited operating hours were noted, this did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.
Regarding beds, reviews are mixed. While some guests found the beds to be very comfortable with good quality furnishings, others mentioned issues with the firmness of the new mattresses and discomfort with the pillows and cushions, suggesting a need for improvement in the bedding to ensure a consistently pleasant sleep experience.
eXo Individual Hotel Lampertheim - by SuperFly Hotels is also noted to be pet-friendly, allowing dogs for an extra fee and accommodating multiple pets without issue. The hotel further caters to other traveler needs with facilities like a garage for motorcycles and a gated parking area for cars, although cyclists might find the lack of a lockable storage option for bicycles inconvenient.
Overall, eXo Individual Hotel Lampertheim - by SuperFly Hotels offers a convenient, clean and comfortable stay with commendable breakfast and welcoming staff, making it a suitable option for both short stays and travelers exploring the region.
