Despite some small rooms in the attic, the accommodations are overall comfortable and very clean. The bathrooms are unique and interesting. The staff is friendly, attentive and always available, creating a welcoming and familial atmosphere at the hotel. The hotel's "hausdame" is given special mention for her polite and welcoming approach. Guests can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep thanks to effective blackout curtains and pleasant air conditioning. Although some guests reported issues with warm water in some of the rooms, the majority praised the excellent beds and beautiful hotel.
