The "Estate Spa Boutique Hotel - Adults Only" provides a unique retreat experience, acting as an unexpected oasis in an industrial area. Despite its surprising location between old car garages and construction sites, it transforms into a stunning, tranquil sanctuary reminiscent of Caribbean or Thai holidays once guests step inside. The proximity to Bilu Junction offers convenient shopping and the serene atmosphere inside makes it an ideal romantic getaway for couples.
The breakfast at the hotel, served until 4 PM, generally receives high praise for its quality with generous offerings of salads and cheeses and excellent service, despite some minor critiques about variety. On-site dinner services are not always available, but when they are, the food is well-regarded, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the stay.
Rooms at the hotel are spacious, clean and luxurious, featuring amenities like Jacuzzi tubs and private saunas, which many guests find both indulgent and relaxing. Despite some mentions of limited storage and occasional maintenance issues, the overall experience is characterized by luxury and comfort.
Cleanliness is a highlight with both the rooms and the entire facility consistently praised for their immaculate condition. The staff’s dedication to maintaining high standards of cleanliness greatly enhances the inviting atmosphere of the hotel.
The staff stands out for their exceptional service, consistently described as attentive, polite, warm and eager to help. From the reception to room service, the team's friendliness and responsiveness contribute significantly to guest satisfaction.
While Wi-Fi connectivity in the rooms can be weak or non-existent, the lounge area offers a more reliable connection, complemented by free tea and brownies.
The hotel’s spa and pool facilities receive high marks with professional massage services and well-designed modern amenities like saunas and Jacuzzis. The heated pools, including a rooftop pool and Jacuzzi, create a warm and inviting retreat. Though small, the pools are well-maintained and enhance the overall relaxation experience.
The hotel’s boutique style, characterized by elegance and a cozy, family atmosphere, is frequently praised. It's described as a wonderful gem and an amazing destination for adults seeking a refined escape.
For couples, the romantic ambiance is a standout feature. The tranquil setting, romantic music near the pool and thoughtful touches like welcoming wine and cheesecake make it a perfect choice for newlyweds or couples preparing for their big day.
In summary, the "Estate Spa Boutique Hotel - Adults Only" successfully transforms an unconventional location into a luxurious, intimate sanctuary. Its beautiful interiors, exceptional staff, luxurious spa and pool facilities and overall romantic ambiance make it a fantastic destination for those seeking a peaceful and pampered retreat.
