Hoteles Urbanos N Avenida de España is highly praised for its convenient and accessible location in Fuenlabrada. Situated on a main street, the hotel provides easy access to shops, restaurants, cafes and essential services like pharmacies and supermarkets. Its proximity to public transportation, including the La Serna commuter station and a nearby subway, facilitates quick travel to Madrid within 25 minutes. For those driving, the hotel offers easy highway access and ample on-site and nearby parking. It is also well-located for family visits to Parque Warner, offering a quiet neighborhood ideal for restful stays. The hotel’s cleanliness, reliable air conditioning and effective maintenance complement its positive quality-price ratio.
The breakfast offerings receive mixed feedback. Guests appreciate its value, variety and generous portions, as well as the friendly staff and low buffet prices. However, inconsistencies in quality, limited variety on certain days and the predominance of industrial pastries garner criticism. Some also find the breakfast too expensive for the quality provided and face issues with the breakfast schedule, leading to missed meals.
Dining at the hotel's 24-hour restaurant is convenient and features friendly, attentive staff and quick service. While some dishes are well-liked, higher prices and food quality don’t consistently meet expectations, particularly for certain items like pizzas. The restriction against outside food also poses a limitation, especially for extended stays.
Rooms at the hotel are generally comfortable, spacious and clean, featuring modern decor and sizeable beds. However, areas for improvement include lack of soundproofing, occasional issues with room size, cleanliness and maintenance. Essential amenities like refrigerators and adequate ventilation are sometimes missing. Parking can be particularly challenging at night.
Cleanliness varies with many guests praising the overall tidiness and daily cleaning service, supported by the efficient and friendly cleaning staff. Modern amenities and spotless common areas further enhance the stay. Yet, specific areas sometimes lack thorough cleaning with dust, stains and maintenance oversights reported.
The staff are a standout feature, consistently praised for their exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. Both the reception and restaurant staff receive high marks for their efficiency and willingness to go above and beyond, significantly enriching the guest experience.
While the hotel provides free wifi, many guests report weak coverage, slow speeds and unreliable connections. The absence of in-room internet access information and issues with Smart TV connectivity are also noted.
For families, the hotel offers spacious, comfortable and economically priced rooms suitable for larger groups. Despite occasional noise from other guests, the hotel's atmosphere, ample room space and tranquil location make it a favorable choice for family vacations.
Guests frequently commend the beds for their exceptional comfort and cleanliness, which contribute to a restful sleep environment. Despite a few negative remarks, the overall sentiment towards room comfort and cleanliness is highly positive.
As a three-star hotel, it provides good value for money with typical facilities expected at this rating. Though some question its three-star status, most find it satisfactory for the price.
Business travelers find the hotel accommodating with helpful staff and facilities catering to work-related needs, such as work desks, making it a reliable option for business stays.
Lastly, the hotel is noted for its exceptional accessibility with easy access by car and public transport, ensuring a convenient stay for all guests, including those with disabilities.
